Hi folks, as you might know, my bot has been pretty active here in the course recent months. I've mainly used it for interwiki linking, however, I'd also like to use it for adding [[template:commonscat|Commonscat]] templates to articles and categories. I've already started [http://war.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=1389&diff=prev&oldid=370051 doing it] but I need a local flag for this activity since global bots are only allowed to maintain interwiki links.
