Il m’a semblé pouvoir mettre cette image dans le domaine public, attendu que:
- ces fresques ont pour la plupart plus de 65 ans d’âge;
- ces fresques sont exposées dans un lieu quasi public, savoir: les couloirs d’un établissement secondaire. Ces couloirs sont librement accessibles pendant plusieurs journées par an, p.ex. à l’occasion de fêtes organisées par le collège, etc. ;
- l’artiste a souvent fait don de ses oeuvres, au lieu de les vendre. Les fresques concernées, qu’Alfred Ost n’a pas voulu signer de son nom, mais de ‘Deo Gratias’, ont été réalisées par lui en échange du gîte et du couvert pendant la deuxième guerre mondiale.
